Clinton Prairie Elementary School

Clinton Prairie Elementary School is now accepting applications for the following position, for the 2026-2027 school year:

• Elementary School Counselor

Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana School Counselor license/certification appropriate for the elementary level
• Strong understanding of child development and the social-emotional needs of elementary students
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff
• Experience providing individual counseling, small group counseling, and classroom guidance lessons
• Knowledge of strategies for supporting student wellness and success
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism
• Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students
• Highly motivated  with the ability to relate well with children
• Willing to be flexible with daily schedule
