Clinton Prairie School Corporation

The Clinton Prairie School Corporation Board of School Trustees is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Superintendent, effective July 1, 2026.

Clinton Prairie School Corporation is a proud rural district committed to academic excellence, strong community relationships, and providing outstanding opportunities for all students. 

Starting Date: July 1, 2026

Qualifications:

• Holds or is eligible to obtain an Indiana Superintendent License
• At least 3 years of building administration experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership experience in education
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to student achievement and continuous improvement
• Experience in school finance, personnel management, and strategic planning preferred

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing leadership for all district operations and educational programs
• Working collaboratively with the Board of School Trustees, staff, students, parents, and community members
• Supporting high academic standards and student success
• Managing district finances and resources responsibly
• Promoting a positive and safe learning environment
